The location was perfect, being close to the main train station. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. the hotel facilities were great. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations on places to visit in the city. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was excellent - directly at the central station. It was so convenient to have the hotel placed near the railway station, especially because I had a lot of luggage. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor and despite there being no elevator, I found it to be a good exercise. The WiFi on the 5th floor worked perfectly and the breakfast provided was delicious. I had a great experience at this hotel.
Everything was ok, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamburg that was conveniently located near the central train station. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed. The hotel also had a great location, with a fantastic Syrian restaurant just three doors away. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
I did find that the service at the hotel could have been more welcoming and friendly.

Convenient location near train station and supermarkets. Friendly staff provided helpful assistance. Despite some street noise, had a comfortable sleep. Reasonable price for good value.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the main train station and other attractions in the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the check-in process was fast and hassle-free, making it convenient for travelers.
There were a couple of issues that affected my experience. the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortably hot, especially during the summer months.
